Copying, cutting and pasting objects
If you want to add an object that is similar to another object in the same or another album you can put a copy of the original object onto the clipboard and then retrieve the copy from the clipboard and position it on the desired position on your page. Then you can make some necessary adjustments to fine tune the object to your wishes.

Copying a picture to the clipboard
If you move the mouse pointer across the page you will see that the object moves along with the mouse pointer. Drag the object into the right position of the chosen page and press the mouse button to position the object.
Copy and paste
First select the original object. The copying of the object can be done in two ways:
The object has now been copied to the clipboard.
To get the object off the clipboard you perform one of the following actions:
When you move the mouse pointer across the page you will notice that the object moves with the mouse. Drag the object to the desired location and press the left mouse button to position the object.
Cutting and pasting
You can also put an object onto the clipboard and delete it from the page at the same time. Then you can paste the object onto another position on the same or another page. In fact, you are moving the object.
First select the object. The copying of the object can be done in two ways:
The object has now been deleted and you can paste it into another position.
You can delete an object by selecting it and then pressing the DEL-key. You can also choose the menu option Edit and choose Delete . Finally you can choose the option Delete in the right mouse menu of the object.
Pasting as a picture
The clipboard can contain several data formats, for example:
If you want to paste the contents of the clipboard as a picture you can use the menu option Edit and then Paste Picture. You can find the same option in the right mouse menu of the page.
Supported data formats
If you put an object or page onto the clipboard Stamp Album Studio will, besides the page or object format, also put a picture of the object to the clipboard. This offers you the possibility to put a page or object, for example a text, onto the clipboard and retrieve it as a picture in another software program.
